The Pegasus Inn History
The original house was built in 1914 and has had several owners and extensions added over the years.
We have done extensive remodeling and created a warm and comfortable place to unwind and relax.
Our intention is to pamper and provide a "home away from home" atmosphere!
Your hosts are Norm and Susan Farrell. We opened our doors in August of 2006, but moved to Durant
in 2003 to find a warm and delightful town with locals to match. The weather is a retiree's delight
(bearable summers and mild winters!).
The Pegasus Inn reflects our background of English/Irish. Many of the items found scattered throughout
the house are from all over the world, with antiques from Europe and the United States.
